Business Development Executive

The role

To drive revenue growth and long-term client partnerships for Envi Tech AL by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across environmental advisory, analytical laboratory testing and calibration services, building a strong sales pipeline and representing the company professionally before industrial clients in textile, leather, footwear, pharmaceutical, food and allied sectors.

What you will do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities; develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct lead generation through research, networking and outreach.
• Manage client accounts; prepare proposals and quotations.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to align services with client needs.
• Meet existing and potential clients regularly; present Envi Tech AL's solutions; negotiate commercial terms; ensure high client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking tools.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity; contribute to sales strategies supporting revenue growth and long-term partnerships.

What we are looking for

• New business development and lead generation with a demonstrable client pipeline.
• Business and account management across the full sales cycle.
• Strong communication skills: client meetings, presentations, clear proposals and reports.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and negotiate contracts, working collaboratively with technical and operations teams.
• Comfort with CRM systems, basic data analysis and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B sales within industrial, laboratory or environmental services sectors is highly beneficial.
• Existing network among Karachi industrial clients.

Working conditions

Full-time, on-site role based in Karachi with regular client visits across the city and occasional travel to client sites.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Environmental Science or a related field (preferred)
• Experience: minimum 2 years
